Thank you for shopping with CAVAPERS! To ensure a smooth and reliable experience, please review the details of our shipping process, including processing times, delivery estimates, and important exceptions.
1. Payment Policy
1.1 You agree to remit full payment for all purchase orders submitted through the Website.
1.2 In the event that we are unable to successfully process payment for an accepted order, we reserve the right to notify you of the failed transaction and to cancel the order without further obligation.
2. Delivery of Products
2.1 Products shall be delivered only to the individual present at the delivery address specified in your order, provided that such individual is at least nineteen (19) years of age.
2.2 At present, delivery is available exclusively to addresses located within Canada. Delivery to other regions is not supported. Standard courier delivery generally requires 2 to 11 business days; however, the stated timeframe is an estimate only and may be subject to delay due to circumstances beyond our control (please refer to the relevant courier’s delivery policies). While we will endeavor to deliver within the estimated timeframe, no guarantee is provided due to severe weather.

3.1 If a shipment is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you are advised to verify with neighbors or the delivery agent.
3.2 We shall bear no liability for any package that has been confirmed as delivered to the correct address.
3.3 For assistance with lost shipments, please file a claim directly with the designated courier service provider.
4. Shipping Policy
4.1 Expedited shipping options and alternate carriers are not available at this time.
4.2 Orders placed prior to 9:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (PST) will be dispatched on the same business day or the following business day (Monday through Friday).
4.3 Orders placed after 9:00 AM PST on Fridays will be dispatched on the following Monday.
4.4 Orders submitted with incomplete or invalid address information will be automatically cancelled.
4.5 Eligibility for free shipping is determined in accordance with CAVAPERS’ prevailing sales policy:
